Something for Everyone

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before you proceed to book your lodge stay with Pendle View Holiday Lodges.  The guest who is booking the stay must be 18 years old or over and must inform all persons staying in the lodge that they must adhere to and accept all terms and conditions.  The guest who makes the booking will ultimately be responsible for ensuring all the terms and conditions as set out below are adhered to.

 

BOOKING

To book your lodge stay 100% of the payment is required at the time of booking – if you have any questions you would like to ask please contact Fiona on 07739 354209 before booking.  Changes in your personal circumstances and mistakes can happen (we are only human after all!), you must check all your details are correct at the time of booking.  Any alterations to your booking could incur an administration fee.

 

CANCELLATION

A strict 100% non refundable policy is in place if you were to have to cancel your booking, this includes if any of the guests within the party contract Covid 19.  If you cancel your booking 6 weeks before your arrival date we will attempt to re sale the booking and if successful a £50 admin cost will be charged and will be deducted from the original cost of booking. Please take out additional travel insurance to cover any cancellations.

 

DAMAGE/DAMAGES/BREAKAGES

You and all the guests included in your booking are responsible for any damage, damages or breakages.  That includes inside the lodge and outside the property. Damage consists of but not limited to the following:

Breakages of crockery and glassware, make up/false tan stains to bedding/stains on carpets/damage to hot tub/and any further damage that is visible.  You must report any damages big or small immediately and they will be chargeable.  Additional costs may be incurred if damages are notified at the time of happening.

 

NOISE LEVELS

Pendle View Lodges is situated in a rural location and guests come here for a relaxing, tranquil and quiet holiday.  Please respect your neighbours by not playing loud music and keeping noise levels to a minimum.  If you are enjoying the hot tub in the evening please do not play any music after 10pm.  Bad language and aggressive behaviour is not tolerated at any time.

 

RUBBISH

Bins and rubbish bags are provided in the lodge, and we politely ask that ALL rubbish from all bins is disposed of carefully in the recycling bins which are located in the centre of the park.

 

WIFI

Each lodge comes with free wifi throughout your stay which is superfast and reliable.  Please note due to us being in a Valley the frequency and speed cannot be guaranteed.  If for any reason that the WiFi dosen’t work throughout your stay – a refund will not be given.  Please understand we are in the countryside and certain factors like this are out of our control.

 

ACCOMODATION/HOUSE RULES

No smoking of cigarettes, e cigarettes or recreational drugs are allowed to be smoked/consumed  within the lodge or the surrounding outside area.

No pets are allowed.

Hen Parties/Stag Parties are not allowed.

Only the number of guests that are booked in the original booking are allowed and no additional guests are allowed

No candles are allowed.

No BBQ’s

 

HOT TUB

We want you to enjoy the hot tub – please use plastic glasses outside and no glass is allowed by the hot tub.  The hot tub is checked every day throughout your stay so please be aware that a maintenance person will be at the property at some stage throughout the day.  Please do not leave children unaccompanied at any time by the hot tub or in the hot tub.  Pendle View Holiday Lodges accept no responsibility for your safety or that of your guests while using the facilities.

 

LIABILITY

We take no responsibility for any loss of any personal possessions throughout your stay.  If there are any possessions left at the end of your stay, communication will be made with you for you to collect your belongings from reception.

 

PARKING

Parking is available outside the lodge for up to two small cars.  If you party has more vehicles they must be left in the carpark at the entrance of the park.  No sign written vehicles are allowed to be parked on the driveway and they must be left by the entrance of the park.  Vehicles and possessions are left entirely at the risk of the guests who are staying.

There is a designated parking bay to charge electric cars by the sales office which is payable to the site. Please DO NOT charge your electric car with an extension lead out of the lodge as this will cause the electricity in the lodge to trip and not work.

 

ENTRANCE TO THE PARK

A security barrier is in force to protect yourselves and other guests who are staying on the park.  The barrier is operated by the sales office during the working hours of 9am – 5pm.  On arrival the barrier will be lifted for your car to enter and a barrier card is left in the lodge for you to use throughout your stay.

 

CLEANING

The lodges are cleaned thoroughly after each guest has checked out. You and all the guests are responsible to leave the lodge as you found it – clean and tidy. Please dispose of any rubbish in the bin stores located in the middle of the site. A dishwasher is provided in each lodge so please ensure all glassware and crockery is either put in the dishwasher or manually washed up. If the cleaner has to do any additional cleaning you will be charged £50 for the extra time it takes to get the lodge back to how you found it.

 

KEYS/ACCESS TO THE PARK

Arrival instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival and it is self check in where the key is located in a key deposit box on the side of the lodge.  The code will be emailed to you.  A barrier key is left in the lodge for you to use throughout your stay.  Any lost keys or cards are charged at £30 each.
